As an early-Christmas present, my mom took me to Las Vegas to see two Cirque du Soleil shows: Viva Elvis (which is no longer running at the Aria) and Beatles LOVE (which still plays at the Mirage).
The Aria is an amazing hotel, probably one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. Plus everything was controlled by remotes which is also cool.
Unfortunately, while we were in Vegas, there was pretty much torrential rain, and let me tell you, Vegas is not equipped for rain. At all. I think I threw out my boots when I got home.
Nevertheless, it was a pretty amazing trip.
